A mother of five predicts she will receive an additional £900 per month in benefits after the two-child benefit cap was abolished in the Budget. Lisa White, a 31-year-old stay-at-home mum, raises her five children aged between three and 10 with her partner, David White, 35, at their home in Monmouth .
The couple have been dependent on universal credit and child benefits since David had to stop working due to mental health issues.
They currently receive around £1,900 a month in benefits but Lisa expects that from April she'll receive a total of £2,770 a month thanks to Rachel Reeves' budget.
