LAKEWOOD, Ohio -- Lakewood City Schools is turning the page.
The dust has finally settled on what was a somewhat tumultuous 14 months that culminated with not only the Board of Education approving the repurposing Lincoln Elementary School into the newly created preschool Early Learning Center but the reelection of board members Nora Katzenberger and Betsy Bergen Shaughnessy.
“The board is grateful that our families are so actively engaged in our schools,” Lakewood City Schools Board President Katzenberger said.
“We look forward to continuing to collaborate with everyone in our community to build a bright future for all of our students. In Lakewood, we thrive when we work together, and we’re certain that teamwork will make the upcoming elementary facility transition a success.”
