University of Idaho is holding its 58th annual Idaho Potato Conference at Idaho State University in Pocatello on Jan. 21-22.

This year’s conference, organizers said, will focus on water management and soilborne diseases, will feature more than 70 booths, will have presentations on potato research and updates from the Idaho Potato Commission, Potatoes USA and the National Potato Council.
