SPRINGFIELD — A community meal giveaway will be held Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Brightwood-Lincoln Elementary School.

This will be a first-come, first-serve event for families across the North End and Greater Springfield during the Thanksgiving season.

This collaborative outreach from the New Wine Church, Springfield Public Schools and the Compassion Table Collective brings together local faith communities, volunteers, and school partners with one shared mission: to provide tangible support, nourishment and hope to families during the holiday season.
