Arkansas State Police seize more than 200 pounds of marijuana near Oklahoma border

Arkansas State Police seized over 200 pounds of marijuana from a pickup truck near the Oklahoma border, resulting in the arrest of the driver for possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
