A Scottsdale Unified School District Governing Board member was the host of a party that was shut down by police and featured underage drinking and an estimated 500 attendees.

At least one attendee needed to be hospitalized after leaving the Nov. 7 party at Matthew Pittinsky's residence, according to police records.

Upon arrival, a Paradise Valley police officer saw a female attendee being carried outside the property by her arms and legs. She was later determined to be highly intoxicated. Police records indicated her blood alcohol content was .30 — almost four times the legal limit.
