Hamilton police are warning that other vulnerable people in the downtown core may have been targeted by a man charged with sexual assault and forcible confinement.

Gregory Izundu, 25, was arrested after an alleged incident in his downtown Hamilton apartment earlier this month. He is charged with one count each of sexual assault and forcible confinement.

Police allege there could be additional victims. Spokesperson Jackie Penman said that “vulnerable individuals” may have been targeted at multiple locations throughout the downtown, but she did not disclose where the initial encounters occurred.
