ALLEN PARK -- The Detroit Lions made Frank Ragnow’s return official , while announcing a whole bunch of roster moves before tomorrow’s Thanksgiving game against the Green Bay Packers.
Ragnow has been moved from the reserve/retired list to the exempt/commissioner permission list.
Veteran pass rusher Marcus Davenport has been activated from injured reserve. Davenport (shoulder) remains questionable for the game. He’s been back at practice for a couple of weeks after landing on injured reserve back in Week 2.
Davenport is a talented, powerful pass rusher who fits Detroit’s needs. But he’s played only four games in two seasons with the team. The Lions have been using Alim McNeill on the defensive edges more, with Tyleik Williams and Roy Lopez seeing more work next to DJ Reader on the int
