PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Phoenix Sky Harbor felt like a non-stop reunion the day before Thanksgiving, with family members from across the country reconnecting with loved ones coming home for the holiday.

The arrivals area at the airport was filled with hugs, tears and dance party celebrations as travelers reunited after months or years apart.

Karen Bober described the feeling of seeing her parents after getting off the plane as “excitement and just ready to spend the holiday together.”

Two little girls made a sign to let their mom know how much she was missed while she was training for a new job the past month.

“I couldn’t wait to see everybody this is what it’s all about during holidays,” said Hannah Henderson after getting off the plane and seeing her daughters.
