GILBERT, AZ (AZFamily) — Christian Brothers Automotive in Gilbert gave away two fixed up cars Wednesday to a pair of single mothers who are pursuing nursing degrees while raising their families.

Valley customers generously donated both cars, and mechanics at the East Valley shop, near Baseline and Higley roads, fully repaired them so the two mothers can have peace of mind in their new rides.

Miracle Onya, who is raising two children while juggling work, school and childcare, had been without reliable transportation. The car donation removes a major obstacle from her daily routine.
