CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) -- Illinos men's basketball is gearing up for arguably their toughest test so far this season when they face UConn in two days.
All Illini fans remember when they faced the Huskies two years ago in the Elite 8 this time around hoping for a different outcome.
Brad Underwood said with getting everyone back healthy except Ty Rodgers roles are changing from the first few games an still working that out with rotations.
But with preparation for Friday's game also comes with feeling out how the new guys are feeling with several of them never playing in Madion Square Garden.
Illinois and UConn take the court on Black Friday at the Garden. Tip off is scheduled for 11:30 a.m.
