HONOLULU (Island News) -- Three men were arrested on Oahu for allegedly attempting to lure minors online for sex in early November as a part of Operation Keiki Shield 29.
The three offenders, one of which is a U.S. Navy active-duty member, include 26-year-old Jackson Tili, 30-year-old Alexander Delooze and 42-year-old Kevin Diaz. They were caught by law enforcement officers between Friday, Nov. 7 and Sunday, Nov. 9, in their attempt to meet with “minors” they met online for sexual acts.
Though the three suspects believed they were meeting children, they were ultimately met by officers who then arrested them. One of the suspects was charged with commercial sexual exploitation of a minor, while two of them were charged with first-degree electronic enticement of a minor.
