GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - The holidays are supposed to be about family, food, and fun.
But for some, the season can bring stress.
Political disagreements can make dinner conversations tense. For many families, Thanksgiving is more than just turkey and traditions; it can also bring anxiety.
Thinking about who will be at the table and what might come up can cause stress.
“Naturally, the holidays are a stressful event. They bring up a lot of emotions, and then when we think about sitting at the table with somebody we might not agree with politically, or some other polarizing topic can be quite stressful,” says Jessica Osmunson with Rogers Behavioral Health
