An Anaheim woman was arrested Wednesday on charges of hurling a seriously injured dog in a plastic bag over a fence, police said.

Tyler Nashae Thompson, 30, was charged Nov. 19 with felony counts of cruelty to animals and a misdemeanor count of destroying or concealing evidence.

Thompson was arrested Wednesday, according to Sgt. Matt Sutter of the Anaheim Police Department.

Surveillance video from the University Veterinary Center on Glenoaks Avenue shows the dog inside a plastic bag being tossed over a fence by a woman at about 1:36 a.m. Nov. 12, landing into the backyard area of the clinic.
