As a landscape professional I find it demoralizing to end my day driving by dead and dying banyan trees, palms, Natal plum, naupaka, pittosporum, zoysia and Kou in the median on Kalanianaole Highway.
If only the more than 30,000 daily drivers knew the cost landscape professionals bill for plants and monthly maintenance.
I am concerned that Gov. Josh Green’s green fee is a political maneuver, not an environmental solution.
If you’re concerned about our investments, call the Governor’s Office.
