UK weather maps have forecast a massive 650-mile winter storm heading for Britain in a matter of weeks.
On Tuesday, December 9, an intense 24-hour storm will blanket the UK, according to WXCharts.
It will cover the country from the tip of Scotland down to England's southern coast.

On the Tuesday afternoon, 5mm per hour of rainfall and snowfall will begin in Perth and Kinross in Scotland and continue down the UK's west coast.
This will accelerate to 30mm per hour by the evening in Scotland as the storm moves across the country's east coastline.
It will continue, slowly decreasing in intensity, until Wednesday, December 10.
