NEW YORK, N.Y. (WCAX) - We’re just a few hours from the start of the 99th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

It’s expected to attract more than 3 million in-person parade-goers as well as tens of millions of viewers on television and online.

We spoke to CNN’s Leigh Waldman, live in New York city, about the work that goes into prepping the parade.
