Thanksgiving Day is expected to be cold and blustery, according to the National Weather Service.
A cold front pushing through eastern Massachusetts is responsible for the cold and windy conditions, with strong winds gusting from 25 to 35 mph. Temperatures will be in the mid- to upper 40s, but it will feel more like the 30s thanks to the winds, forecasters said.
Despite the cold conditions, skies are expected to remain sunny.
Thanksgiving night will still be breezy, though the winds will gradually diminish. Temperatures Thursday night are expected to be in the upper 20s to mid-30s throughout the state.
