Serious failings have been exposed after a much-loved pensioner was brutally murdered in Coventry . Michael Brady was killed by Antoinette Sheppard and Kieron Spicer in June 2023.
Mr Brady, 74, who suffered from Alzheimers, had been lured to a property on Bowness Close and violently attacked. He suffered 'horrific' injuries before his body was shoved into a TV box and hidden in a nearby shed.
Sheppard received a life sentence with a minimum term of 30 years, while Spicer was sentenced to life with a minimum of 18 years. However, a new report has exposed multiple 'missed opportunities' in the days before Mr Brady was killed.
