A woman was left baffled and unsettled after witnessing strange lights hovering in the sky above the M56. Jo Beaumond, 33, from Welshpool, was travelling with three friends on Sunday, November 16, as they made their way to Manchester's AO Arena to watch The Offspring perform on their Supercharged Worldwide tour.

Between 5.30pm and 6pm, the group spotted unusual lights and formations in the sky above the motorway. Footage captured from the vehicle shows approximately six or seven white circles drifting across the clouds in seemingly random directions.

Jo said she was left puzzled when the lights continued to appear in the sky for roughly 20 miles.
