A Campbell's executive has been fired after he was recorded mocking "poor people" for eating the company's food in a rant. Leaked audio allegedly captured former vice president of information technology Martin Bally raging about the poor quality and "highly processed" food.
He allegedly said on the 90 minute recording: "I don't buy f***ing Campbell's products barely anymore. It's unhealthy. I don't even know what the f***'s in it. Even in a can of soup, I look at it and – bioengineered meat. I don't want to eat a f***ing piece of chicken that came from a 3D printer, do you?"
Mr Bally was previously put on adminisitrative leave but has since been fired, the company announced on Wednesday, NBC News reported.
