A festive independent makers pop-up has opened in the city centre - just yards away from this year’s main Christmas Markets.

Eclektika, founded by NHS nurse Lexie, has opened in the Corn Exchange ’s Glass Box, on Fennel Street, with a pop-up shop selling gifts, art and homeware from more than 40 independent artists from across Manchester and the North West.

The pop-up, which will be open until December 21, is situated opposite the Skate Manchester ice skating rink and has been described as being the ‘most wholesome place to shop’. It will sell a range of items, including screen-printed T-shirts, original art, handmade jewellery, sustainable vintage clothing, candles and illustrated art.
