Joy Bauer has some unusual holiday traditions!

The Today health and nutrition expert, 62, caught up with PEOPLE ahead of the holiday season at a QVC Holiday House pop-up event on Wednesday, Nov. 19, and revealed one of her unique traditions: “an un-talent show.”
