The freezing temperature and bitterly cold winds were no match for the thousands of people lining Woodward Avenue to watch the 99th America's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Detroiters and those who came to visit for the holiday and afternoon Detroit Lions game watched as floats, balloons, dancers and bands made their way from the Detroit Institute of Arts to Campus Martius downtown.
