You don’t need to go to the gym for an effective workout. In fact, I’ve accumulated workout gear over the years that makes my home workouts just as effective as using machines, barbells or even a Pilates reformer.

Working out with your bodyweight is a fantastic place to start. But if you want to build strength and ensure your workouts remain challenging (which is key to making progress), investing in some equipment can really help.
