NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH, Mass. —

Authorities are investigating a deadly tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 95 south in North Attleboro, Massachusetts overnight.

The collision occurred around 2:30 a.m. near mile marker 8.

A Massachusetts State Police spokesperson said the driver of the vehicle was found unresponsive at the scene, and was later pronounced deceased.

Their identity is not being released at this time.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation and it's unclear if any charges will be filed.
