Aberdeen now Noah they face a big task to try and salvage their Conference League dream.
They really needed a win against the Armenian champions but had to settle for a disappointing home point.
Kevin Nisbet had given them the lead at the end of the first half but that was cancelled out by Nardin Mulahisejnovic’s leveller.
This was definitely a missed opportunity.
It leaves Jimmy Thelin ’s side with just two points from their opening four games.
If they are to have any chance they are going to have to find a way to win their last two games, at home to Strasbourg and away to Sparta Prague.
On their current European form that looks unlikely but the Scottish Cup winners have to try and retain hope that they can scramble into the knockout stage
