Halton Police have charged a 41-year-old man after a woman was sexually assaulted on a GO Train in Burlington.
Cops said that on Nov. 14 at about 8:45 p.m. a female victim was seated aboard a westbound GO Train approaching Appleby Station when she was approached by an adult male behaving in an erratic manner.
Police said the male initiated a conversation with the female, during which he allegedly grabbed and attempted to kiss her but she quickly pushed him away, prompting him to retreat to another area of the passenger car.
The victim did not sustain any physical injuries.
Bruce Pawlowsky, of no fixed address, was arrested Wednesday in Whitby and charged with sexual assault and four counts of breach of probation.
