Leah Charles-King kept her diagnosis secret for years after facing the taboo and stigma that estranged her from her loved ones

Leah Charles-King has been in the spotlight for decades, starting as part of the R&B trio Kleshay in the 1990s before moving on to present TV programmes, events, radio shows and most recently joining A Place in the Sun as a presenter . However, away from the cameras, she was fighting a private health battle.
