Josh Simmons injury update signals potential long-term issue for Chiefs left tackle
The Kansas City Chiefs lost left tackle Josh Simmons with an injury in the second half of the Week 13 game against the Dallas Cowboys .
Simmons suffered a wrist injury that knocked him out of the game. Simmons was almost immediately ruled out, which is also a bad sign.
Following the game, it was reported that Simmons was spotted in the locker room with a cast on his left wrist, and his arm was in a sling.
"Chiefs LT Josh Simmons has a cast on his left wrist, and his arm is in a sling," The Kansas City Star's Pete Sweeney reported.
Given those facts, it's a strong indication that Simmons might have a long-term issue.
