Lamar Jackson opened the season playing like the league’s best player, carrying an injured roster and willing the Ravens through games they probably shouldn’t have won. Back then, the defense was the question mark. Now, after his own injury setbacks, the quarterback himself is pulling the offense down.

Asked whether the injuries are slowing him down, he cut it off quickly.

“No, I need to be more consistent,” the quarterback said.
