A house in Haddonfield that sold for $1.3 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Camden County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 66 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $367,014. The average price per square foot was $223.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 17 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $485K, single-family house at 1530 Hillside Drive

A sale has been finalized for a detached house at 1530 Hillside Drive in Cherry Hill. The price was $485,000. The house was built in 1964 and the living area totals 2,095 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $232. The deal was finalized on Nov. 5.
