A house in Ocean City that sold for $4.3 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cape May County in the past week.

In total, 77 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $730,248. The average price per square foot was $449.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 17 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.1 million, detached house at 1024 Shunpike Road

The single-family house at 1024 Shunpike Road in Cape May, has been sold. The price was $1,135,000. The property was built in 1960. The deal was finalized on Oct. 24.
