SILSBEE, Texas — Two men were found dead with gunshot wounds early Sunday morning on Fresenius Road, according to the Hardin County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded to the 4000 block of Fresenius Road around 2:30 a.m. after receiving a report of a shooting with two victims.
The bodies of both men were discovered near the roadway with gunshot injuries, and they were pronounced dead at the scene, according to the sheriff's office.
The victims were later identified as 36-year-old Henry Carey Jr. and 29-year-old Khalil Ahmadrian Gooch, both of Kountze.
