PITTSBURGH — The Buffalo Bills listed seven players as inactive for Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The team confirmed that wide receiver Joshua Palmer, linebacker Terrel Bernard, cornerback Ja’Marcus Ingram, defensive tackle Phidarian Mathis, left tackle Dion Dawkins, right tackle Spencer Brown, and tight end Dalton Kincaid have all been declared inactive.

Three of those players — Dawkins, Brown, and Bernard — had already been ruled out earlier in the week. Dawkins is recovering from a concussion, Brown is dealing with a shoulder injury, and Bernard continues to work back from an elbow issue.
Two other offensive players, Kincaid and Palmer, were listed as questionable on the final
