MOORESVILLE, N.C. (WBTV) - The community was asked Sunday to help find a Mooresville man believed to be missing and endangered.

Manuel Clarence Dagraca, 24, was last seen on Sunday, Nov. 30, walking toward Highway 21 near Sassafras Road. According to the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons, Dagraca was believed to have been given a ride to Charlotte.

He was described as a Black male standing about 6’2” and weighing around 180 pounds. Dagraca has short, black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue sweatpants, and basketball shoes.

Dagraca has autism and was said to have the mental capacity of a 9-year-old.
