We are now less than a day away from the start of Brian Walshe's high-profile murder trial. Opening statements are scheduled to begin Monday.

It's now been almost three years since Walshe was charged with murdering his wife Ana.

He's accused of dismembering and discarding her body -- and her remains have never been found.

Walshe pleaded guilty to two out of the three charges against him -- unlawfully disposing of her body and misleading investigators. He now faces the main charge of murder, with opening statements starting Monday morning.
