The New York City Police Department ( NYPD ) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who has been reported missing from, and resides within the confines of the 44 th Precinct in the Bronx.

It was reported to police that Joffre Ovallos Cando was last seen leaving 100 Centre Street on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at approximately 1100 hours.

The missing is described as a 12-year-old male, Hispanic, approximately 5’8” tall, weighing 130 lbs., with a dark skin complexion, black hair, and brown eyes.
