Special Gromit Unleashed Christmas lights display at Bristol Children's Hospital View 2 Images

Bristol Children's Hospital will be illuminated with a special Gromit Unleashed festive display this Christmas . As part of The Grand Appeal's Shine Bright Christmas lights campaign, the side of the Upper Maudlin Street building will be switched on at around 6pm this evening (Dec 1).

The display, designed by Aardman director Gav Strange, features a festive wreath with Gromit Unleashed sculptures spinning on a bauble at its centre.

It is described as a fitting tribute to 30 years of partnership between The Grand Appeal and Aardman, and this year’s hugely successful Gromit Unleashed 3 sculpture trail.
