Radiohead has announced that they are ‘gutted’ after postponing their Copenhagen gig, just hours before they were set to perform.
The band announced that their lead singer, Thom Yorke, 57, was unable to perform and cancelled their gigs scheduled for Monday and Tuesday evening.
It was announced on their social media that the singer had an ‘extreme’ throat infection, and it was ‘impossible’ for him to sing.
A message to fans on social media read: ‘We are devastated to have to postpone these two shows at such short notice, but Thom has been diagnosed with an extreme throat infection which has made it impossible for him to sing.
‘Treatment is underway, and we’re hopeful Thom will recover in time to play the final two Copenhagen shows on Dec 4th and 5th, and all four Berlin shows, starting
