The Boston Red Sox have already started their offseason work, and they are expected to be busy as free agency continues to heat up. One player the Sox are looking to reunite with is star slugger Kyle Schwarber , who is fresh off another strong 2025 campaign with the Philadelphia Phillies.
Schwarber briefly spent time with the Red Sox in 2021 after getting picked up at the trade deadline. The team let him walk in free agency, and he ended up signing with the Phillies. In four years with the team, Schwarber hit 187 total home runs, including a career-high 56 last season.
