Patrick Schwarzenegger tells PEOPLE that his return to his role as Ketel One's "Spirit Advisor" for 2025 has made him the de facto "one [who's] the most experienced now at the cocktail making" aspect of his family holiday parties

"I like to go do something a little bit more simplistic [like] a dirty martini or a lemon twist," he shares of preferred cocktail recipes, adding, "I've always said that my first cocktail ... I do like an espresso martini"

Don't expect Schwarzenegger to make these drinks and go tear up a dance floor, though, especially during the holidays. According to him, the best pairing, "especially with the holiday season, there's nothing I quite like more than watching a classic Christmas movie or something with a nice martini"
