I'm usually not a fan of Honest Trailers or Honest Game Trailers. Despite featuring the great voice-over artist Jon Bailey (AKA Epic Voice Guy), I just don't enjoy watching things I love get torn apart. I've been playing ARC Raiders like a full-time job since its release about a month ago, watching YouTube videos to find that damned snap hook blueprint.

The algorithm kept pushing the Honest Trailer for ARC, and I resisted at first, but eventually gave in. I feel seen. The video has the best description of what it feels like to be a Raider: "its brutal gameplay that makes you feel like a paranoid squirrel going through withdrawals." I genuinely almost yelled "Friendly!" at a stranger while walking my dogs between runs, and I've looked for the elusive prickly pear under foliage.
