An iconic spot for corned beef that’s been in Plymouth for more than six decades will close in a few weeks.

The owners of Bode’s Corned Beef House, a few miles from downtown Plymouth, posted on Facebook Sunday evening that the building has been sold.

“It is with the deepest sadness and heaviest of hearts that we announce that Bodes Corned Beef House will be closing its doors on December 19th, 2025,” the post read.
