Strictly Come Dancing quarter-finalist Balvinder Sopal has survived her fifth dance-off this weekend on the BBC show.

The heat is building on Strictly Come Dancing as the remaining celebrities on the BBC programme set their sights on the coveted Glitterball trophy with the finale drawing nearer.

Yet one contestant who has missed out on the opportunity to claim the Strictly crown is Alex Kingston, who departed the competition on Sunday evening.
