NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Fallon Company has released new details on its efforts to develop Nashville’s East Bank.
A press release from the developer said part of the project will be called Eastpoint. It’s expected to offer affordable housing along with places to shop and to relax.
“Conceived as a reconnection between city and river, Eastpoint marks a defining moment in Nashville’s evolution - a riverfront reconnected, where creativity, community, and history converge,” the press release said.
There’s no word on when construction will start.
Eastpoint is expected to span “a central portion of the East Bank” and celebrate Nashville’s “character while offering a new way to experience the Cumberland River.”
