Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) is considering running for a House seat in Texas if the Supreme Court upholds the state’s redraw of its congressional map, Punchbowl News reports. Issa was drawn out of his San Diego-area seat in California’s mid-decade redistricting effort.
