World AIDS Day is dedicated to raising awareness about AIDS and remembering those impacted by it.

This year, it comes alongside some troubling new data from the city health department showing HIV cases on the rise.

Matthew Bernardo, the president of the local nonprofit Housing Works, joined “News All Day” on Monday to discuss the new data and more.
