JACKSONVILLE - What a win. The Jaguars returned from Nashville sitting nicely in the AFC playoff picture at 8-4. Jacksonville improves to 4-2 on the road and is tied for the AFC South division lead. Head Coach Liam Coen became the fastest head coach to earn his eighth win in franchise history. Jacksonville claims its third consecutive victory against Tennessee. The Jaguars now have 27 wins against the Titans, their most against any team in the NFL.
The Jaguars' offense continue to gain confidence and find its groove. With 25 points scored today, Jacksonville has scored 25-plus points in all five games since their Week 8 bye. That is the second-longest such streak in franchise history (six straight games from Week 12-17 in 2007). The Jaguars' dominant defense is continuing to shine. DE J
