Man, 34, accused of driving drunk on Staten Island Expressway while young child was in car

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 34-year-old man from Brooklyn was arrested for allegedly driving drunk with a child in his car on the Staten Island Expressway, authorities said

Elijah Page, of St. Mark’s Avenue, was apprehended on Nov. 27 around 11 p.m. on the New Jersey-bound Staten Island Expressway near the Goethals Bridge, according to the criminal complaint and New York State Police.
